MOBILE PHONE: If you are transferred to my voicemail, ALWAYS leave a message. I always have my mobile phone with me and in most cases I will call you back as soon as my phone is in range or if I have been performing, as soon as I get the first chance to do so. Due to the prevalence of telephone scams, I will not ring back any missed call numbers displayed on my Caller ID unless I recognise them. I always respond to genuine voicemails.
POSTAL MAIL: My mailing address is suppressed for privacy reasons. I prefer to receive all correspondence via email and documents in DOC or PDF formats. If you really need to snail-mail something to me, please contact me on my mobile number or email me for my mailing address.
FAX: Due to the fact that virtually everybody has email and the only faxes I have received in the past few years have been spam advertising, I have disconnected my fax machine. All written communications to me should be emailed. Documents can be attached as PDF, DOC or DOCX files and photos can be sent as JPG or GIF graphics attachments.
SPAM EMAIL: It is very easy for spammers to forge a sender's email address. Therefore if you receive an email that appears to come from ziggy@ziggy.com.au and it does not directly pertain to anything on the Ziggy Zapata website, it should be ignored and deleted because the sender's email address has been forged. Ziggy Zapata takes no responsibility for any emails that he did not send, even if they appear to have been sent from his account.
